Description:
The JOAD (Junior Olympic Archery Development) and AAP (Adult Achievement Program) are structured programs designed to help archers refine their skills while introducing them to a competitive-style shooting format. These programs follow an indoor World Archery tournament format, helping archers become comfortable with competition structure while building confidence and consistency.
Each class begins with 30 minutes of skill reinforcement and new concept introduction, followed by scoring rounds where archers can earn USA Archery achievement pins by meeting designated score benchmarks. This program emphasizes tournament scoring, mental focus, and goal setting while encouraging a supportive and engaging environment for archers of all skill levels. Family participation is highly encouraged!
Important Notes:
- A USA Archery membership is required to earn achievement pins.
- Archers must have their own equipment to participate in this program.
Cost: $150.00
Prerequisite: Completion of A102, Bow Equipment Selection Class, or a Coaches Recommendation.
