A101 is the starting point for anyone curious about archery! In this beginner-friendly class, students will learn the fundamentals of range safety, proper shooting form, and how to handle equipment with confidence. Taught in a supportive and encouraging environment, A101 emphasizes building a strong foundation while making the learning process fun and engaging. Whether you’re looking to try archery for the first time or discover a new family activity, this course is designed to help every archer feel successful on the range.

Prerequisite: Interest in the sport of archery. Minimum age 8 years old or 7 with pre-evaluation.

Adult A101: Intro to Archery
Adult A101 is the ideal class for anyone 18 and older who wants to explore archery in a relaxed, age-appropriate setting. This course covers the same fundamentals as A101—range safety, shooting form, and equipment basics—while providing additional focus on pacing and comfort for adult learners. Whether you’re completely new to the sport or picking up a bow after time away, Adult A101 will give you the skills and confidence to continue your archery journey. Many students choose to continue into more advanced courses or explore different equipment styles after completing this class.
